Plagarizing work
First of all, let m e say i have a long week, last week. I had to go to texas,it was very tiring. My great grandmother died, so we went to texas for the funeral.Im still tired.Anyways,I am going to write on plagarizing. If I were an author, I wouldnt want no one copying my work and using it as their own. Thats why I try to use my own work. Thats why you have to put your references are from so you are not just copying the author.

I remember years ago when my boss at the time used one of my memos to him as his own idea. Only problem for him was I blind copied his boss with my memo. (I didn't trust him) And it blew up in his face when he presented my idea as his own in a meeting. I was not in the meeting but heard about it from him. He almost fired me, but had no cause so HR would never have supported the termination. The working relationship in my company was very open and me copying his boss was not something that would have been frowned upon, but I guess blind copying him was kind of sneaky on my part. We continued to work together for several more years, well 21 to be exact and never spoke of the incident again. But I am sure he remembered just the same as I did.
